Julien (“we”, “us”, or “our”) built the Global Plate Collector app as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by Julien at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

1. Information Collection and Use:

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information.

Authentication (Google Sign-In & Supabase):

If you choose to create an account to sync your collection, we collect your email address and basic profile information (such as your name) provided by your Google account. We use Supabase to securely manage this authentication data and to sync your in-app progress (including your collection, points, levels, and achievements). Please note that if you choose to share your generated Friend Code with others, those users will be able to view your public profile statistics, including your level, points, and achievements.

2. Third-Party Services

3. Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the app. AdMob may use cookies and similar technologies to collect data about your device and interactions with ads to provide personalized advertising.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies or device identifiers to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this app or other websites.

Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your use of this app and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt-out of personalized advertising in your device settings or by visiting Google Ads Settings.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK: You will be presented with a consent form when you first open the app. You can change your consent preferences or revoke them at any time from within the app settings.

4. Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

5. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
